today, finally, i’ve decided to bite the bullet and publish some of the stock that will be going up on sale on ebay. i’ve worked and re-worked my ebay listing into one that my very critical eye is finally happy with. i wanted to be a graphic designer some years ago and it was nice to get bogged down into tags and attributes again, if only for nostalgia’s sake :)
introducing the very first 11 items on sale on romilly:

i was looking for a name to unite these all under, and came across “blackberry winter”. it’s lovely, it makes me smile and it means spring. it’s not spring i know, (although you wouldn’t be able to tell either way…) but i love the idea that this is romilly’s spring, our very first start, a tiny tentative shoot of a store :)
these items and their very new listing format will be going up for sale tomorrow… i can’t express how terrifying it is to commit to a date. i’d rather hide all these clothes in my bed and protect them from the world outside. that’s what i mean about biting the bullet. it feels like romilly has been an idea in my head for a long time now and now it’s being to put to the test in the real world.
i’d like to thank everyone who’s supported romilly so far, everyone who has recommended us to their friends and joined our giveaway. in particular, i’d like to thank the lovely piia at bowtiediary who mentioned romilly on her blog :) :) she made my day, plus reading her blog from cover to cover helped me procrastinate some more!
don’t forget to enter our giveaway - that dress needs needs needs a new home!
